Jie Su is a PhD candidate with a background in medicine. Her research investigates the role of JAK–STAT signaling in intestinal fibroblasts and IBD-associated fibrosis using mouse colitis models and extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling assays. She is also interested in co-culturing patient-derived organoids with fibroblasts and in bulk RNA sequencing.
